Founder Profile : Kenneth Barretto
Founded Dial a Vacation in 2010 inspired by his own travels, meeting locals on his many travel adventures. Realizing that “you only truly know a place when you connect with the locals and that is what travelling is all about, it’s about its people and not just places.”
He has travelled across five continents, having also taken time off to travel with a backpack and map. With more than a decade in the travel and Hospitality industry, including 6 years in the cruise Industry, the latter which opened his eyes to a whole new world of travel exploration.
Ken as he is fondly called by his friends, aims at bringing his experiences through his company, connecting travelers to cities and its micro stories by putting vacationers in touch with people, culture and its rich heritage.
A certified IATA/UFTAA travel professional, his passion for travels, and his penchant for finding new travel destination around the world is the key differentiator between him and his peers.
Curating experiences and memories for his clients, helping them to create their own travel stories, whilst maximizing client’s vacation experiences, bringing them a touch of the exotic and awakening them to a whole new experience of travel.
